2011 Weekly Rates
| March 26 — April 30: | € 1,850 per week |
| April 30 — June 18: | € 2,150 per week |
| June 18 — July 2: | € 2,600 per week |
| July 2 — August 27: | € 3,200 per week |
| August 27 — Sept 17: | € 2,150 per week |
| Sept 17 — Oct 29: | € 1,850 per week |
Substantial discounts are available for bookings made for two weeks or more.
A deposit of 25% is required within 10 days of booking, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. €750 security deposit is required.
The rates do not include electricity or oil used; both are metered and charged for. Bed linen and an ample supply of towels are provided. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Wireless internet broadband access is provided free of charge. A mobile phone is provided on a pay as you go basis, the number can be provided in advance on request. Housekeeping is available on request and subject to availability.

Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out is at 10am on the day of departure.
